- About the role
EVOLEO Technologies is looking for a Senior Electronics / Electrical Engineer to strengthen the Electrical Engineering team and take an active role in the development of complex electronic systems and products. We are seeking an experienced engineer with high technical autonomy, solid expertise in electronics development, and the ability to support less experienced engineers, while contributing to technical decision-making throughout projects.
- What you will do
- Design and develop analogue and digital electronic circuits
- Define and review electronic architectures, interfaces, and technical requirements
- Develop and review schematics and support PCB layout activities
- Perform circuit analysis, simulation, component selection, and technical trade-off studies
- Plan and execute testing, validation, and debugging activities
- Prepare and review technical documentation and engineering evidence
- Participate in design reviews, technical meetings, and customer discussions
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers
- Collaborate with systems, embedded software, mechanical, and AIT teams
- Contribute to engineering standards, methodologies, and continuous improvement
- What we are looking for
- BSc or MSc degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field
- Relevant professional experience in electronics development and product design
- Solid knowledge of analogue and digital electronics
- Experience in schematic capture, PCB design, and electronic validation
- Ability to analyse complex technical problems and make sound engineering decisions
- Experience with laboratory equipment and electronic debugging
- High level of technical autonomy and responsibility
- Good proficiency in technical English
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- What we value
- Experience with Altium Designer or similar PCB design tools
- Experience with LTspice or other circuit simulation tools
- Knowledge of power electronics, RF, EMC/EMI, or high-speed digital design
- Experience in the aerospace, defence, automotive, or other high-reliability sectors
- Previous experience in mentoring or technically coordinating other engineers
- Knowledge of qualification, verification, and validation processes
