- About the role
EVOLEO Technologies is looking for a Senior AIT Engineer to strengthen Assembly, Integration & Test activities, ensuring complex systems are assembled, integrated, and validated with rigour and efficiency. We are seeking a senior professional with a strong multidisciplinary mindset, hands-on experience in integration and testing, a structured approach to problem-solving, and autonomy in organising technical activities.
- What you will do
- Plan and monitor Assembly, Integration & Test activities
- Define integration and test sequences in accordance with project requirements
- Organise resources, priorities, equipment, and technical dependencies associated with integration and test activities
- Support mechanical, electrical, and electronic assembly and systems integration
- Define and execute functional, integration, and acceptance tests
- Analyse failures, support troubleshooting, and drive corrective actions
- Prepare test procedures, reports, and technical evidence
- Ensure the traceability of test results, non-conformances, and configuration status
- Collaborate closely with systems, electronics, embedded software, and mechanical teams
- Contribute to the development of AIT processes, tools, infrastructure, and best practices
- Technically support the growth and consolidation of the AIT area
- What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Aerospace, Systems Engineering, or a related field
- Relevant professional experience in systems integration, testing, or multidisciplinary engineering
- Experience in roles with high autonomy and technical responsibility
- Strong practical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, interfaces, and test requirements
- Experience in preparing and executing test procedures
- Strong organisational and priority management skills
- Good knowledge of technical English
- Senior, autonomous profile with strong communication skills
- What we value
- Experience in the aerospace, defence, electronics sectors, or other high-reliability contexts
- Knowledge of environmental, functional, or acceptance testing
- Experience with test equipment, instrumentation, and data acquisition
- Knowledge of configuration management and non-conformance processes
- Experience in clean integration environments or controlled production areas
- Knowledge of ECSS, AS9100, or related standards
