- About the role
EVOLEO Technologies is looking for a Junior Systems Engineer with a focus on avionics to join the Systems Engineering team and contribute to the definition, integration, and validation of complex multidisciplinary systems. We are looking for someone with a solid engineering foundation, systems thinking, and an interest in avionics architectures, interfaces, communication systems, and verification activities.
- What you will do
- Support the definition, analysis, and management of system requirements
- Contribute to the definition of avionics architectures and interface management
- Support the definition and analysis of communication and data interfaces
- Participate in system integration, verification, and validation activities
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, interface descriptions, and engineering evidence
- Support technical trade-off analyses and multidisciplinary design reviews
- Support troubleshooting integration issues between hardware and software interfaces
- Collaborate with electronics, embedded systems, FPGA, software, and AIT teams
- Support traceability, configuration, and the continuous improvement of systems engineering practices
- What we are looking for
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace, Electrical, Electronic, Telecommunications, Systems Engineering, or a similar field
- Good academic knowledge of electronics, digital systems, or communications
- Interest in avionics and systems engineering
- Analytical skills and ability to work with requirements and interfaces
- Ability to understand block diagrams, technical specifications, and system architectures
- Good working knowledge of technical English
- Rigour, curiosity, and a willingness to learn
- Good communication skills and teamwork ability
- What we value
- Knowledge of avionics buses and communication protocols
- Academic or professional experience with requirements management or systems engineering tools
- Knowledge of embedded systems, FPGA, or electronic hardware
- Experience in integration and validation activities
- Knowledge of aerospace standards or high-reliability development environments
- Participation in aerospace engineering, robotics, UAV, satellite, or similar projects
